Cantina Bentivoglio Description: The premises, under different names and ownerships, have existed for over 50 years. They were first used as a wine warehouse and fiaschetteria: here wine was brought in barrels and demijohns, and was stored, ready to be put into flasks. These characteristic containers in glass, covered with straw, holding about 2 liters of wine, were then sold to those families who found themselves unable to produce their own wine in the cellars of their homes, a custom which was very widespread in Bologna up until the beginning of the 1960s. Mokita Cafe' Description: Nasce da unidea nuova di locale che difficilmente si può riassumere con una sola parola, cè chi lo definisce un wine bar, e come punto di partenza va bene, ma ce di più, molto di più, perché è un locale veramente a 360 gradi, bisogna viverlo per capirlo, un locale allround che parte con la colazione al mattino, continua con la pausa pranzo per chi lavora nelle vicinanze o visita la fiera di Bologna, e dopo il relax pomeridiano nella saletta interna, si arriva allaperitivo di sera scegliendo tra un ricchissimo menù di cocktail (senza dubbio tra i più completi e particolari in città) per poi chiudere la giornata nel wine corner o al bar con musica accompagnati da unottima gamma di whisky e rum da degustare magari con le migliori cioccolate fondenti.
